Six Pack From Mr Hong Kong
The sixteen final contestants of Mr. HK Pageant have started their training recently in order to keep at their best for the contest. Last day the group of contestants wore vests to a skincare center to receive skincare treatment.

Of the group, Number 5 Kong Chak Lung, Number 7 Lau Yiu Sing, Number 10 Kong Jat Wai, and Number 15 Tang Chi Hung were selected in demonstrating the procedure. As a fitness instructor, Tang Chi Hung was rather confident during the test for excess fat, and even raises his shirt to show his six-pack on location. During the test Kong Chak Lung was found to have a high amount of excess fat. Asked Kong Chak Lung if it was because he does not exercise regularly, he responds, “Before applying for the pageant, I have already signed up in a fitness program two, three months ago.” Asked whether he was afraid of losing out by not being as built, he answers, “Men are typed in many different categories!”

On the other hand, Number 13 Wong Cheung Hing was just found to have a tattoo on his left arm. He reveals that he had tattooed it on when he was 17. Asked if he had any other tattoos, he honestly replies, “No, I think one is enough, as I grow up I realized I no longer want it.” Asked whether or not he regretted getting a tattoo, he says, “I wouldn’t regret it, just that when I was younger I thought it was cool, but when I turn 60 I will feel that it just looks weird.” Asked if he was worried that by having a tattoo it would affect his points during the judging, he expresses that when he was being interviewed for the pageant, TVB already knew of it, tattooing is just a trend so he is not worried about it affecting him.

Jessica on Kids
Jessica and model Lisa S. attended a press conference for a new brand of watches last day, the two receiving a 48 000 HK dollars and 47 000 HK dollars brand watch.

Jessica had recently been busy filming for “Legend of Ah Wong”, having earlier expressed that she wanted to be dating. However, she now expresses that she has been too busy lately, and now that her parents have moved from Beijing to settle in Hong Kong, so her house has been one whirlwind, piling up with over a hundred boxes. She also says that now her thoughts have changed, she’ll just go with the flow, as long as the she can meet someone she is able to get along. She will not allow her friends’ marriages or her age or her wanting to have kids be the reason to randomly find a guy and marry.

Jessica laughingly says that her beliefs are rather western-minded but at the same time contains traditional views as well. She wants to find a boyfriend who has the same values as her. But she doesn’t deny that because of her age it would be harder to find a boyfriend, since many of her friends are already married. Adding on that she is a public figure, that even if others do want to meet her, she doesn’t know whether or not to trust them, so it’s rather pitiful.

She admits that in this field of career, it has affected her trust in others. Reporters suggested that she find a partner in the entertainment circle as well, and she expresses that she does not deflect this possibility as well. All though she does have quite a few male friends, but they are all just casual friends. But as of now, she does feel pretty happy alone, and even if she doesn’t have kids, she can always become godmother to her friends’ kids.

Maggie Siu on Beach
After taking on the breast enhancement advertisements, Maggie’s sexy image has brought her to a higher level. Lately she even took on the bikini look to appear. Filming under the sun and beach, creating a mermaid appearing on shore vision, showing off her appealing 34C figure.

Since Maggie agreed to take on Marianne Chan’s LF breast enhancement spokesperson role, she has filmed quite a few sexy swimwear ads, openly showing off her current 34C-24-34-measurement figure. The other day she appeared at the beach to film a new set of ads. That day she wore a golden bikini to frolic in the water, and even though the sun and weather were at its height, Maggie still managed to seem comfortable and eager to do her best.

Afterwards, Maggie expresses that she was able to comfortably pose for the shoot despite the weather was actually harder than it looks. “I didn’t use to be comfortable at all wearing anything that’s sexy in front of so many people, and when I first filmed for the ads I didn’t even know how to pose for it. I thought it was so hectic, causing many NGs, but luckily crew was very understanding and caring towards me, and they would continually play music so that I wouldn’t feel so nervous. And Marianne was there to help me with the poses, causing me to relax, and becoming more and more comfortable to film!”

Maggie points out that all though she had to film this beach scene under the blazing sun, but she still had a great time filming it. Reason being that she has not been to a beach in a long while, that when she saw the crew enjoying themselves in the water, she wanted to immediately join them, and doesn’t really care if she tans from it. “I don’t mind getting tanned, because when you’re in the water it helps a little. I’m actually most afraid that the crew might get a sunburned, so I constantly tell them to put on sun lotion.”

Ronald axed in new schedules
Johnson Lee and Ronald Cheng were filming for the ninth episode of their talent show earlier and also announced that this would be the last one in the series. Responding to the question of why the show has been axed, Ronald admits that he had only been told about this not long ago, but he is not disappointed: "I haven't had a chance to ask about it yet, but I heard from an executive before that this is a TVB decision and maybe they have other ideas they want to pursue. If I have the opportunity, I will come back and work with them again. I am not particularly disappointed."

Johnson doesn't agree that the show has been 'axed': "The ratings have been in the twenties, so of course they wouldn't [cut it short]. Maybe there will be more later, but Ronald's time is hard to book. They want him to come and film series for them as well."

The show's producer responded, saying: "At first, I thought that there would be 12 episodes, but we have to make way for 'Mr Hong Kong' and 'Super Trio Specials'. Nine episodes is still quite hard, because we had to find over fifty contestants and it is time to take a break."

Reports suggest that TVB's decision was made because they wanted to promote the forthcoming new sitcom, a TVB version of 'Sex in the City' and so they will be sandwiching the show in between two helpings of 'Super Trio Show'. A similar tactic will be employed during the final of 'Mr Hong Kong' on 24th, where the new show will again be sandwiched between the main final and the last half hour vote results.
